1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing our website (rudrarosystem.in), requesting a doorstep technician visit, purchasing water purifier systems/accessories, or subscribing to an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services & Doorstep Visits

Rudra RO System provides premier water purification services across Muzaffarpur (including Brahampura, Mithanpura, Ahiyapur, Kazi Mohammadpur, Majhaulia, Ramdayalu, and surrounding regions):

• Doorstep diagnostic inspection and technical fault repairs for all domestic and commercial RO units.
• Replacement of worn components (Booster pumps, SV valves, SMPS adapters, RO membranes, sediment & carbon inline filters).
• New water purifier sales, wall-mounting installation, uninstallation, and system relocation.
• Free digital TDS testing and water quality consultation.
• Structured Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with routine service visits.

3. Transparent Pricing & Payment Terms

• Upfront Diagnostic Quote: Upon physical inspection of the water purifier cabinet, our technician will explain necessary repairs and provide an itemized estimate before beginning work.
• No Hidden Fees: Replaced spare parts and service charges are billed clearly on the service invoice.
• Immediate Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service visit. We accept Cash, Instant UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and Direct Bank Transfer.

4. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Policy

• Validity: AMC packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) remain active for 12 months from the date of contract issuance and payment.
• Inclusions: AMC plans cover free labor for repair visits, scheduled filter cartridge replacements, and membrane coverage as specified in your selected tier.
• Exclusions: AMC plans do not cover cabinet physical breakage caused by external impact, damage from electrical high-voltage surges without surge protection, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
• Transferability: AMC contracts are property-specific and non-transferable to third-party owners without prior written notice to Rudra RO System.

5. Spare Parts Quality & Warranty Conditions

Rudra RO System uses 100% genuine, factory-tested spare parts:

• Replaced components carry the specific warranty period stated on your official service receipt.
• Warranty Voiding Terms: Component warranty becomes void if the RO machine is tampered with by unauthorized local mechanics, operated without raw water supply (dry running), or damaged by severe voltage fluctuations.

6. Customer Site Access & Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe access to the water purifier installation site, along with a working electrical power outlet (220V AC) and active raw water inlet supply during the technician's visit. An adult representative must be present at the premises during service execution.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your service booking at **zero cost** at any time prior to the technician's dispatch by calling +91 8459874963 or sending a message on WhatsApp.

8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided by Rudra RO System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
